WHAT ABOUT CARE OF THE UNCIRCUMCISED BABY BOY?       Gently retract the foreskin and clean the end of the penis at bath time. The foreskin will have adhesions which hold it tightly to the end of the penis. These will gradually loosen with time. By several years of age they are usually loosened enough to retract the foreskin completely. Make sure you do not leave the foreskin retracted after cleaning the penis at bath time. This can cause swelling and irritation.
